Patients non-covid dans la pandémie

Dans cet article nous discutons un problème au croisement de la sociologie, de l'anthropologie, du droit et d'une recherche multidisciplinaire sur la santé publique – l'accès à la protection sanitaire des patients non-covid qui au cours de la pandémie covid 19 en Serbie souffrent des maladies chroniques non contagieuses. Nous mettons un accent particulier sur les résultats d'une étude qualitative menée en Serbie sur les perceptions de la (dys)fonctionnalité du système sanitaire au cours de la pandémie. L'échantillon des interrogés est composé de représentants de l'association des patients avec des maladies chroniques non-contagieuses. Dans le travail sont exposées des conclusions d'un caractère théorique mais aussi pratique – comment éliminer les obstacles pour un accès à la protection sanitaire, comment prévenir l'impossibilité d'accès à la protection sanitaire dans une pandémie future, comment utiliser les sciences humaines et sociales dans des situations de crise d'origine médicale à venir, avec comme objectifs principaux de diminuer l'effet syndémique et d'accroitre le respect des droits des patients.
