Zavodi “Crvena zastava”: L’autogestion socialiste en Yougoslavie et ses défis pour l’industrie automobile

Résumé

La présente étude a pour objectif d’examiner les expériences de l’usine Zavodi «Crvena zastava» dans la création de l’industrie automobile yougoslave entre 1950 et 1980. L’usine de Zastava  a commencé à produire des voitures d’après la licence de  FIAT et elle est devenue le propulseur d’un changement d’une Yougoslavie agricole vers un pays industriel et urbain. Cependant son propre développement a été freiné par un manque de stabilité du système socialiste yougoslave, victime perpétuelle des changements et de la décentralisation. Cette étude examine les phases clefs du développement de Zastava pendant la période d’autogestion qui se développait en Yougoslavie afin d’examiner certaines questions théoriques, ainsi que les problèmes concrets émanant de l’autogestion. Notre objectif est de démontrer que l’autogestion n’a pas eu d’effets positifs sur l’industrie automobile même si en pratique le processus de séparation du bloc soviétique a donné des résultats positifs.
