Prostori potrošnje odeće i potrošačke prakse akademske zajednice u Beogradu

Beograd, kao deo neoliberalnih globalnih procesa, transformiše se u skladu s potrošačkim tendencijama modifikovanja savremenog urbanog prostora. Novi urbani prostori protrošnje formiraju stilove života i potrošačke preferencije stanovnika. U tekstu se analiziraju percepcija promena na nivou grada, i prakse potrošnje pripadnika akademske zajednice u Beogradu. Analiza se zasniva na podacima online anketnog istraživanja Svakodnevni život u globalizujućem gradu: diskursi i prakse zaposlenih na univerzitetima u Beogradu, koje je sproveo tim Instituta za sociološka istraživanja Filozofskog fakulteta u Beogradu tokom aprila i maja 2021. godine na prigodnom uzorku od 230 ispitanika. Prilikom procene posledica globalizacije na urbani prostor, četvrtina ispitanika smatra da u Beogradu ima previše internacionalnih kafića, restorana i tržnih centara koji utiču na identitet grada. Ispitanici su znatno kritičniji prema broju prostora koji promovišu aktivnosti lokalnih autora, jer većina ispitanika smatra da takvih prostora nema dovoljno. U pogledu potrošačkih praksi u određenoj meri je identifikovan kritički stav, pošto polovina ispitanika ne posećuje tržne centre često. Međutim, podaci ukazuju da nisu razvijeni ni ekološki način života ni održiva moda među pripadnicima akademske zajednice.
