Apstrakt

Na filmskom primeru Sreća (1998) analizirane su kulturne pretpostavke na kojima je zasnovana (de)konstrukcija srećne američke porodice i srećnih pojedinaca koji „imaju sve“, kao i rediteljevo refleksivno zamišljanje očajanja svakog pojedinačnog lika u filmu, čija je pojava utemeljena u kulturnim stavovima pojedinaca, a koje se pojavljuje kao prepreka za uspostavljanje bliskosti s drugim ljudim te i za dosezanje sreće. Stoga se ovim istraživanjem nastoji razumeti filmsko kreiranje mehanizma kojim kultura paradoksalno postaje „samoj sebi prepreka“, tj. način na koji kulturno uslovljeni stavovi o sebi, drugima i okruženju čine prepreku za ostvarivanje pojedinih kulturno determinisanih ciljeva i svrha života.
