Règles des pratiques: Sur la méthodologie dans le travail de Michel Foucault

Le sujet de cet article est la méthodologie utilisée par Michel Foucault dans son travail. Dans notre article nous allons tenter de montrer la continuité dans son œuvre à travers le concept de „règle”. Nous allons examiner comment Foucault utilisait la notion de règle dans trois approches méthodologiques qu’il appliquait dans ses recherches. Dans le premier chapitre nous allons présenter son utilisation de la notion de règle dans la méthode archéologique par laquelle il explorait la pratique discursive. Puis, nous allons examiner son utilisation de la notion de règle dans la méthode généalogique par laquelle il a réuni l’étude des pratiques discursives et non-discursives. Enfin nous allons examiner sa troisième période dans laquelle il explore les règles de la formation de la subjectivité. Enfin nous proposerons une conception globale de la méthodologie de Foucault au moyen du concept de règle et nous l’appellerons « analytique interprétative de la pratique », puis nous la mettrons en relation avec sa conception de l’ontologie de ces règles. Nous terminerons ce travail en rendant compte de la manière dont Foucault a conçu les rôles extrascientifiques de son travail scientifique.
