Egiptomanija, seks i ontologija u strip-trilogiji Nikopol (1980–1992) i filmu Immortel, ad vitam (2004)

Koristeći se primerom strip-trilogije Nikopol (1980–1992) Enkija Bilala i filma Immortel, ad vitam (2004), ovaj rad analizira temu seksa koji nadilazi ontološke kategorije, odnosno, seksualnog odnosa između ljudi i božanstava u modernoj naučnoj fantastici. Pitanje prikladnog seksualnog partnera ili partnerke za staroegipatska božanstva u radu Enkija Bilala je pitanje ontologije i rasne čistoće. Prikladan domaćin za boga Horusa je u Bilalovom delu ljudsko telo koje nije pretrpelo nikakve promene. Prikladna seksualna partnerka za boga Horusa je u Bilalovom delu ne-ljudska žena sa sposobnošću da začne sa božanstvom. Ova tema u Bilalovom radu je iznenađujuće slična pitanju prikladnih seksualnih partnera i partnerki za staroegipatska božanstva u staroegipatskim pisanim izvorima. Dok egipatski bogovi opšte samo sa boginjama i pojedinim ženama (na primer: supruga sveštenika boga Sunca Rea, supruga faraona), egipatske boginje ne opšte sa ljudskim muškarcima. U ovom radu pokazuje se da ono što bi zagovornici i zagovornice ontološkog obrta razumeli/e kao pitanje ontologije, ne možemo razumeti bez uzimanja ideologije u obzir. Kod Bilala je u pozadini ideologija fašizma, a u starom Egiptu ideologija klasne razlike. Posledično, ukoliko su ontologije ideološki proizvodi, one su društveno-kulturno konstruisane. Ukoliko različite vladajuće klase različitih svetova (fiktivnih, prošlih i sadašnjih) koriste iste ideje o privilegovanoj seksualnoj reprodukciji sa božanstvima, onda ni te vladajuće klase ni ti svetovi nisu toliko radikalno drugačiji jedni od drugih.
